Old English Sheepdog

Old English Sheep Dog’s are intelligent, social, and adaptable. Their coats are very long, with a waterproof under-layer. Colours are blue or gray whilst the head, belly, and front quarters are white.

 

In today's families, the Old English Sheepdog is a big, lovable companion. He likes to be with his family and get plenty of exercise every day. Although the Old English Sheepdog's massive coat might seem a problem in hot weather, it's an effective insulator in both the hot and cold.

 

This dog gets along well with children, other dogs, and any household pets. Visitors will get a warm reception.

 

Regular thorough weekly grooming with a brush is required. Excessive hair around the pads of the feet must be trimmed and the ears must be kept clean.
