A dog is not just a pet, most of the time they become a part of the family, so why would you want to go on holiday and leave them at a kennel?  You wouldn't do that with your children, would you?

There are many places around Australia that offer "pet friendly" accommodation. I've found that a holiday with your beloved pooch is much better than without them.
